What documents we accept..

If you are requested to verify your account and to send/upload some documents, please follow this guide to make sure you provide an acceptable proof🧾

Proof of identity:

• Colour photo of an ID document (front and back): passport, driving license or ID (no scanned documents‼️)

• Make sure that the document is not expired, the photo is clear with all details readable and there are all 4 corners of the document visible

Proof of address:

• Picture of a utility bill (gas, electricity, landline bill) or bank statement clearly showing your full name, address and issue date dated within the last 3 months

• Other options include: Local authority tax bill / council tax bill (current year), Tax bill (current year), Residency certificate issued by local government authority

• Online bills must be in PDF format

• All 4 corners of the document must be visible

Credit card:

• Photo of the credit card used for your deposit (both sides are required)

• For security reasons, only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card must be visible (on both front and back side). You should cover up the CVV code (usually found on the back of the card). Do not edit the photo, you can cover the digits using an object

• The card should not be expired, should be signed on the back and all corners should be visible

E-wallet (Skrill, Neteller, Ecopayz):

• Screenshot of your e-wallet account (logged in) where we can see your email address, username and full name

Bank Statement:

• Screenshot/pdf of a bank statement from your online bank (account that you’ve used for deposits/withdrawals)

• We need to see your name, account number, bank logo, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT, all in one image

• (If you have deposited via RAPID TRANSFER, we need to see a transaction to our casino)

• If you use a paper copy, it needs to have a stamp and a signature from your bank
