What to do if your listings don’t show up on PropertySimple

Follow these steps to ensure your properties are marketable on PropertySimple

If you get the message “No listings found with this MLS number” or if your listing doesn't show up after you type your MLS number, keep reading.

How our system works

We receive listings for our nationwide search portal through a service called ListHub. Brokers can create Listhub accounts for free which connect directly to the MLS.

Once your Broker creates a Listhub account and approves PropertySimple as a publisher, we can show your listings on our portal.

For your brokers: How to make sure your listings appear on PropertySimple

  1. If you don’t already have a ListHub account, create one for free at https://www.listhub.com. It takes 5-7 business days for ListHub to finalize your account but in the meantime you can set up your publisher preferences.

  2. From inside your ListHub account, click the “Publishers” tab.

  3. To maximize your reach, click the button “Maximize Marketing” to syndicate to all available publishers. (This is our recommendation for best business practice 🙂See the screenshot below.)

  4. For brokers that want to be more selective with their marketing choices, you can select publishers on a case by case basis. To follow this method, search for PropertySimple in the search box and approve us as a publisher. (See the screenshot below.)

  5. Once PropertySimple is approved as a publisher from your broker account, you can expect your listings to appear on our nationwide search portal within 24 hours.

For agents: If your property still isn’t showing up

  1. If you’ve just entered your property in the MLS, note that it will take about a day for PropertySimple to pick up your property.

  2. Make sure the listing is marked as “active” on the MLS.

  3. Make sure you have checked the box on the MLS listing page that allows the listing to be marketed on the internet.
