As indicated in the terms and conditions, the leads are exclusive and captured directly from Facebook & Instagram:
"Leads are delivered to you “as is” directly from Facebook and Instagram. PropertySimple does not control lead quality. Leads are exclusive and will not be contacted or sold to any other agent by PropertySimple."
With Facebook leads, you should expect that 1 in 8 is really interested in real estate and ready to look at properties. The other leads may need some continued nurturing in order to push them to the next step in the buying process.
