You can remove leads from your view of the CRM and prevent them from receiving automated nurturing by updating the Lead Status to Deleted.

If you don't want to delete the lead completely, you can change the status to Opted out. That way the lead will not receive any automatic messages from you but you can still find them in your CRM in the future.
