We understand that there are multiple reasons you may need to stop your active ad. You could have accepted an offer for your listing or simply changed your mind.

If you need to stop your ad, first find it in your account. Then click "Stop This Ad"

During the first 24 hours after your ad has been placed, you can choose to receive a partial cash refund equal to 50% of the amount you paid or choose to receive any unspent ad budget as ad credit in your account. Ad credit can be used on future ads.

If your ad has been active for more than 24 hours or if it has reached over 50% in the progress bar, you can still stop your ad. You will receive ad credit for any unspent ad budget.

Your ad credit will be visible in the Ads tab.
