You can customize your account for your team.

If you manage a real estate team, you may want to customize your account and share your leads with assistants or other agents. Here are some tips:

  • Provide Admin Access - In your Settings, you can add Account Admins. Enter the email of your agent or assistant and click Send Invite to provide a one-time access link to your account. They will be able to see the leads in your CRM tab.

  • Update the Profile - In the Profile tab, you can change the headshot to a logo or team photo, use a team email, and change the First Name and Last Name, ex. "Team Name" "Associates"

  • Customize Playbooks - Visit the Playbooks Library in your CRM tab to duplicate and edit the automated messages that nurture your leads. You can make adjustments such as signing off the messages as your real estate team.
