Most accounts are personal accounts by default, so you may need to switch to a professional business account in order to connect it to PropertySimple.

To do this change, go to your Instagram accounts settings and look for the button that says “Switch to professional account”. Click on it and follow the instructions in order to make the change.

Hint: select the "Business" option, not the creator. 👇

Follow the on-screen prompts to finish converting your Instagram page to a Business page.

Head to your Facebook Page by clicking the menu on the upper right. Click on Pages, then find the Facebook Page you want to connect to Instagram.

Click the “Manage” button at the right side of the page.

Click “Linked accounts” at the lower left side of the page.

Click on "Instagram" on the left side. Then, click on “Connect account” and follow the prompts to connect your Instagram. Make sure to login to your Instagram Business account.

Once your Instagram is connected to Facebook, you’re ready to connect to PropertySimple!

Go back to your PropertySimple Account, click “Connect Instagram” from the content tab.

Follow the on-screen steps to connect. You'll need to login with Facebook because your Facebook page is closely connected to Instagram.

Once you log in to Facebook, select the Instagram page you want to connect.

Then select the Facebook Business Page that is connected to that Instagram account selected in the previous step.

Give full permissions, if you don't give full permissions, PropertySimple will not be able to post to your Instagram Account.

Confirm your Facebook Business Page once more.
