Once you sync your listings to your PropertySimple account, any new listings you get in the future will sync automatically, too.
If you have a new listing and it's not syncing, here are a few things to check right away:
The listing must have an active status on your MLS. We don't have access to listings that are "coming soon."
You must be the primary listing agent
New listings can take up to 24 hours to reach our feed
If it has been over 24 hours and your listing still isn't showing up in your PropertySimple account, please reach out to our friendly team for help. Include your name, email address, and full listing address with city state and zip code.
