In this article, we include a collection of instructional videos that will walk you through how to use our DIY or Customize your report. Our statistics show that those who produce a customized report achieve higher reductions than those who just use the express report. If you are using this feature, you may want to save multiple reports. Just know that we do not save previous versions so we highly recommend you download each custom version to your local machine and name it appropriately. If you reach your quota of reports, just chat in and we will be able to accommodate you. A DIY report will not override the express report. It is its own separate report.
