Pipeline CSV Export lets you pull your full pipeline out of Prophetic as a spreadsheet — useful for reporting to leadership, building custom analyses outside the platform, or sharing pipeline data with stakeholders who aren't Prophetic users.
How to Export
Open your pipeline in LRM and look for the export option in the pipeline toolbar. Select Export CSV and the file will download to your device. The export includes all projects currently in your pipeline view, including their stage, key field values, and associated metadata.
What's Included in the Export
The CSV includes the data fields visible in your pipeline, including:
Project name and parcel details
Current pipeline stage
Custom metadata fields your org has configured
Owner information
Key dates (added, last updated, stage transition dates)
Owner mailing address and contact fields where populated
Filtering Before Export
The export respects whatever filters and views you have applied in the pipeline at the time of export. If you want to export only a specific stage, division, or subset of projects, apply those filters first and then export — the CSV will reflect exactly what's visible in your current view.
A Note on Sensitive Data
Pipeline CSV exports contain ownership information and deal details that should be treated as confidential. Share exports only with team members and stakeholders who have appropriate access, and avoid storing exports in unsecured locations.
