Where to Start
Go to the Cases page (Main Navigation β Cases) or open the Cases dropdown in the Navigation Bar.
Click New Case (top right of the Cases page) or Add New Case from the dropdown.
Choose one of the two creation methods:
Upload Documents (AI-Powered)
Upload supported files such as intake forms, medical records, or other relevant documents and our AI will automatically extract key details to generate a case draft for your review.
Steps:
Select Upload Documents.
Drag and drop your files, or click to browse and upload.
Wait for the system to process your documents.
Review the extracted information and make any edits.
Click Process Documents & Create Case! to finalize.
Fill Manually (Guided Form)
Enter case details yourself using a simple, step-by-step form divided into five sections.
Sections:
1. Client Information
Full Name *
Email Address*
Phone Number
Date of Birth
Address
2. Case Details
Case Name*
Case Type* (choose from the dropdown, e.g., Car Accident, Slip & Fall, Workplace Accident, etc.)
Case Description
Incident Date
Jurisdiction (City / County / State)
3. Background Information
Marital Status
Education Level
Employment Status
Missed Work Due to Incident?
Bankruptcy Status
4. Police Report Information
Police Department
Report Number
5. Insurance Information
Health Insurance Provider
Health Provider
Health Policy Number
Auto Insurance Company
Auto Policy Number
At-Fault Party
Their Insurance Company (if applicable)
Their Policy Number (if applicable)
Demand Amount
Important: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Once all fields are completed, click Create My Case! to save and begin working on your case.
