Managing Your Organization

The Organization tab in Settings provides tools for managing your firm’s structure, user access, billing, and system visibility within ProPlaintiff.ai.

This section allows organization owners and admins to control how their firm operates inside the platform.

Where to Find Organization Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click the Organization tab.

💡 This tab is only visible to organization owners and admins.


General

Update your organization’s core details, including:

  • Organization Name

  • Website URL

  • Contact Email

  • Contact Phone

  • Full Address

  • Time Zone


Team

The Team section allows you to manage user access within your organization.

Each team member must have their own individual account. Login credentials may not be shared.

ProPlaintiff.ai allows only one active session per user at a time. If the same account logs in from another device or browser, the previous session will automatically be logged out.

Providing individual accounts for each team member ensures proper access control and security compliance.


Adding Users

There are two different processes depending on your account type.

Current Users

If you are on a current ProPlaintiff.ai plan:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go to the Organization tab

  3. Select Team

  4. Click Invite Members

  5. Enter the new user’s information

Seat pricing follows the rate agreed upon in your term sheet at the time of subscription.

You will be charged the agreed upon price per user per month rate, billed annually.

Legacy Users

If you are a Legacy user and need additional seats, you will be prompted to schedule a demo with our sales team to discuss available options.

To begin, contact our sales team at sales@proplaintiff.ai.


Managing Roles

Assign or update user roles as needed:

  • Owner
    Full control of subscription and organization settings

  • Admin
    Can update organization information and manage users

  • Member
    General access to cases and tools but cannot modify organization settings

You may also remove or deactivate accounts at any time.


Subscription

The Subscription section allows you to:

  • Review active subscription details

  • View billing history

  • Download invoices

System Logs

System Logs provide visibility into activity across your organization.

You can:

  • View a full log of actions

  • Monitor setting changes

  • Track user activity

This feature is useful for internal auditing and troubleshooting.


Analytics

Analytics provides insight into how your team uses the platform.

Access:

  • Real time dashboards

  • Usage statistics

  • Behavioral trends over time

These insights help leadership monitor adoption and performance.
