Managing Your Organization

Manage your organization by updating company details, adding seats and team members, assigning user roles, reviewing system activity, and accessing analytics. Organization settings are available only to owners and admins.

The Organization section allows organization owners and admins to manage their firm's settings, users, subscription, and reporting tools from a central location.

Where to Find Organization Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the application.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under the Organization section, choose the setting you want to manage.

Note: Organization settings are only visible to Owners and Admins.


General

The General page allows you to update your organization's core information, including:

  • Organization Name

  • Website URL

  • Contact Email

  • Contact Phone Number

  • Business Address

  • Time Zone

Be sure to click Save Changes after making any updates.


Team

The Team page allows you to manage users, available seats, and organization roles.

Each person in your firm must have their own individual ProPlaintiff.ai account. Login credentials should never be shared.

ProPlaintiff.ai allows only one active session per user. If the same account logs in from another device or browser, the previous session will automatically be signed out.

Providing individual accounts helps maintain security, auditing, and proper access controls. If you need to add additional users to your organization, continue reading the next section for instructions on adding seats and inviting new team members.

Adding Seats and Team Members

If your organization needs additional users, you'll first need to add available seats before inviting new members.

To add additional seats:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select Team under the Organization section.

  3. Click Invite Members.

  4. Complete the seat purchase process.

Once seats have been added:

  1. Click Invite member.

  2. Enter the new team member's information.

  3. Send the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to create their account.

Note: Seat pricing follows the terms outlined in your subscription agreement or signed term sheet.

Legacy Customers

If you are on a legacy subscription and need additional seats, please contact our sales team to discuss your available options.


Managing Roles

Organization owners and admins can assign user roles directly from the Team page.

Available roles include:

Owner

  • Full administrative access

  • Manages subscription and organization settings

  • Can manage all users

Admin

  • Manages organization settings

  • Invites and manages users

  • Cannot transfer organization ownership

Member

  • Access to cases and ProPlaintiff.ai tools

  • Cannot modify organization settings

Roles can be updated at any time using the role dropdown next to each team member.

Owners and admins may also remove users from the organization when necessary.


Subscription

The Subscription page allows you to:

  • View your current subscription

  • Review billing history

  • Download invoices

  • Manage payment methods

  • Request subscription changes or cancellations


System Logs

System Logs provide a complete audit trail of activity within your organization.

You can:

  • View user activity

  • Monitor setting changes

  • Review administrative actions

  • Troubleshoot account activity

System Logs are useful for compliance, auditing, and internal administration.
