Managing Your Subscription

The Subscription page allows you to view and manage your organization’s customized plan and billing details. Your subscription is structured based on the terms agreed upon during your demo and formalized in your signed term sheet.

From this section, organization owners and administrators can review plan details, manage payment methods, download invoices, and update billing preferences.

Where to Find Subscription Settings

  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  • Select Settings.

  • Under the Organization group, click Subscription.

Only organization owners and administrators have access to the Subscription page.


Current Plan

The Current Plan section displays:

  • Your plan name

  • Status (Active or Canceled)

  • Subscription amount

  • Next billing date

Subscription pricing is customized to your organization and reflects the terms agreed upon in your term sheet.

Seat Based Pricing

Your subscription includes a per user per month rate that is billed annually, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

If you add additional users, you will be charged according to the per user rate outlined in your term sheet.


Adding Additional Seats

If your firm requires additional seats, the process depends on your account type:

Current Users

To add seats:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select the Team tab

  3. Click Invite Members

You will be billed according to your agreed per user per month rate, billed annually.

Providing individual accounts for each team member ensures proper access control and security compliance.


Legacy Users

If you are on a legacy plan and require additional seats, you will be prompted to schedule a demo with our sales team to discuss available options.

To begin this process, contact our team at:


Change Plan

If your organization needs to modify its subscription structure, select Change Plan.

Because subscriptions are customized, plan adjustments may require coordination with our sales team.


Cancel Subscription

Selecting Cancel Subscription allows you to schedule cancellation.

Unless otherwise noted in your agreement:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • Access remains active through the end of the paid term

For questions regarding cancellation timing, contact our support or sales team.


Payment Methods

Under Payment Methods, you can:

  • View saved payment methods

  • Add a new payment method

  • Set a default payment method

  • Remove outdated cards

To update payment information, click Add Payment Method.


Billing History

The Billing History section allows you to:

  • View past invoices

  • Download invoices

  • Review payment status

Each invoice can be opened or downloaded for accounting and record keeping purposes.


When Changes Take Effect

Subscription updates may take effect:

  • Immediately (for certain upgrades or seat additions)

  • At the end of the billing cycle (depending on agreement terms)
