What is the purpose of the "Add Move Out" feature, and is it necessary to add the previous move out to proceed?

The "Add Move Out" feature is part of the “Help the Move” process, which is initiated when previous tenants move out. Once the move out date of the previous tenant is added, it begins the Help the Move Process. After adding the new move-in information, the update is sent to the suppliers to finalize the accounts for the void period. However, if you do not want to add the previous move out, you can proceed without doing so.
