Applying for a Rental Property with Pension Income

When applying to Legalforlandlords referencing and the applicant receive pension income, the applicant will need to provide several documents in order for us to process the applicant application. These documents include 6 months of personal bank statements, pension statements, pension awards, and P60's.

Where to Find Documents

The applicant's 6 months of personal bank statements can be found in online banking where you can print or download a copy for your records. Your pension documents can be provided by the pension agency, which the applicant will need to contact or visit their offices for more information. The applicant can acquire their P60 from their previous employer, generally at the end of every tax year.

Submitting Documents

Once the applicant has obtained the documents mentioned above, the applicant can submit them directly to Legalforlandlords via the online portal, or they can email this directly to hello@legalforlandlords.co.uk
