How to Import Tenant Data on Propoly

If your Propoly and Reapit systems are integrated, then all of your Reapit properties should be available in Propoly, and searchable by their Reapit ID. However, sometimes a property may not have been automatically imported from Reapit to Propoly for some reason.

If you cannot find a property in Propoly when searching by the Reapit ID, this guide will show you how to manually import the property into your system.

Step 1: Accessing the PMS Import Window

First, navigate to the home page on Propoly. Once you are on the home page, look for the "PMS Import" button and click on it.

This will open the "Import" window.

Step 2: Inputting the Reapit ID

Next, you will need to copy the Reapit ID for the Tenant you would like to add. You can find this by looking up the Tenant in Reapit, and copying the Reapit ID from the blue bar at the top of the screen:

Once you have the ID, go back to the Import window in Propoly and input the Reapit ID into the text box labelled "PMS ID".

Step 3: Selecting Tenant Data

After inputting the Reapit ID, click on the "Property" option.

This will ensure that Propoly imports the correct records for you.

Step 4: Importing the Data

Finally, click on the "Import" button to start the import process. This will pull all the necessary data for the selected Tenant onto Propoly.

Note: Troubleshooting

If the data you are trying to import is not showing up, don't worry! This is usually because there is a problem with the data in Reapit. Propoly will display a message explaining what needs to be updated in order for the import to be successful. Simply review the message and make any necessary changes in Reapit to ensure a successful import.

Congratulations! You have successfully imported Tenant data onto Propoly. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
