What is KYC and when is identity verification required?
⚠️ Important: Your First Name and Last Name must exactly match your KYC documentation.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process used to confirm that each trader is operating under their real identity. This helps maintain a secure trading environment, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with regulatory and platform requirements.
When do I need to complete KYC?
KYC verification is required for the Gladiator Account.
Once your verification is completed successfully, it remains valid for 12 months or until the expiration date of the document you submitted, whichever comes first.
KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours once all required documents are submitted.
Important identity requirements
To ensure fair monitoring of trading activity, the following rules apply:
Your account name must exactly match your legal identity documents
All accounts must be purchased and operated under the same legal name used during KYC verification
Each trader is allowed one profile only
If the name on your dashboard does not match the name on your identity documents, your verification will fail.
Registration type rules
Your registration type cannot be changed after verification. If you register as:
An individual → you must continue operating as an individual
A business → you must continue operating as a business
Due to legal and tax requirements, traders cannot switch between personal and business registrations and cannot operate both simultaneously.
No multiple profiles
Traders must not create multiple profiles.
All accounts must be accessed through one profile and one email address
Using multiple profiles or identities may result in account restrictions or termination
This rule helps ensure accurate monitoring of trading performance and compliance with program limits.
