Updated this week

How does referral tracking work?

  • PropShopTrader uses a 12-month tracking window.

  • When someone clicks your referral link, any eligible purchases they make within 12 months will still generate commission.

  • Once a trader registers through your link, they remain connected to your affiliate account for future eligible purchases.

What commissions can affiliates earn?

Affiliate commissions depend on performance and referral revenue.

Standard affiliates may earn:

  • 12% commission during the first 6 months

  • 7% commission after 6 months

  • 5% long-term recurring commission after 12 months

  • 5% commission on Standard resets

Top affiliates may earn:

  • Up to 17% commission for high performing referral partners.

What purchases generate affiliate commissions?

Commissionable purchases include:

  • Gladiator evaluation account purchases

  • Gladiator account Standard resets

What purchases do not generate affiliate commissions?

Commissions are NOT paid for:

  • Benchmark resets

  • Signing bonuses

  • Trader payouts

When do affiliates get paid?

Affiliate commissions are paid monthly via your preferred payment method.

Payout requirements include:

  • Minimum payout threshold: $500

  • 30-day hold period on commissions

The hold period helps account for potential refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

What payout methods are available?

Affiliates can receive payments through supported payout options configured in their affiliate dashboard. Available methods may include digital transfer options such as:

  • Revolut (REVTAG): Enter your REVTAG in your affiliate profile to receive fast, low-fee payments through Revolut.

  • ACH via Wise: U.S. based affiliates (or those with eligible bank accounts) can receive deposits via Wise using standard ACH details.

Make sure your payout details are entered correctly in your dashboard to avoid payment delays.

What is the commission structure?

We use a tiered model based on your total referred revenue over a rolling 30-day period. Commissions start at 12% and scale up to 17% depending on performance. Affiliates generating $200,000 or more in referred revenue within a 30-day window may be eligible for custom commission rates.

Are there minimum requirements to maintain my commission tier?

Yes. All commission tiers require at least 5 new customer referrals every 30 days to remain active. If performance drops below this threshold, your tier may be adjusted based on recent results.

Additionally, if your referred revenue falls below the required amount for your current tier over a 30-day period, you may be downgraded to a lower tier based on average performance or current earnings which will be communicated in advance to you.

Will I receive commission for existing leads?

  • No

    • If a lead already exists in the PropShopTrader system or was previously referred by another affiliate, commissions will not be awarded.

    • Commissions are only paid for new customers who are first introduced through your referral link.

Can I have more than one affiliate account?

No, each individual or entity is allowed to maintain only one affiliate account.

Creating multiple affiliate accounts may result in suspension or termination.

Can affiliates earn commissions on their own purchases?

No.

Affiliates are not permitted to generate commissions from purchases made using their own referral links.

Attempts to bypass this rule may result in:

  • forfeited commissions

  • removal from the affiliate program.

Are there rules for promoting PropShopTrader?

Affiliates must avoid:

  • misleading profit claims
