When mopping mode is selected: side brush running, roller brush running at low speed, fan off

The actual data may be different due to different usage environments

  • If the machine has a side brush that does not rotate or a related error message:

  1. Please check whether the side brush is stuck or entangled and clean it

  2. Please remove the side brush to confirm whether the side brush slot is worn. If it is worn, please replace it with a new side brush

  • If the machine side brush makes noise/abnormal sound:

  1. Please confirm whether the side brush is installed in place. You can press it hard when installing it

  2. Please replace the side brush in time if it has been used for a long time

  • If the machine has a roller brush that does not rotate/has a related error message/noise:

  1. Please remove the roller brush and roller brush cover and reinstall it. Make sure the roller brush cover is installed correctly.

  2. Please check whether there is hair or debris stuck on the roller brush or both ends of the roller brush, please clean it in time

  3. Remove the roller brush and confirm whether the machine roller brush is worn. If it is worn, please replace the roller brush

  4. Remove the roller brush and confirm whether the connection between the roller brush and the machine is worn. If it is worn, please replace a new roller brush motor

  • If the machine's wheels do not rotate or a related error occurs:

Please check whether the side wheels are stuck or entangled, and clean the entangled objects in time

  • If the machine is spinning in place or a related error occurs:

  1. Please move the machine to another open location and restart it to check whether it is normal

  2. Please check whether the wheels or front bumper are stuck by foreign objects, if so, please clean them in time

  • If the machine panel buttons do not respond:

Please use a sharp object (needle/toothpick) to press and hold the reset 'Reset' button on the side of the machine for more than five seconds, and then restart the machine Confirm whether it is restored

  • If the machine has poor suction/no suction/garbage falls:

  1. Please clean the HEPA, dust box, and roller brush in time

  2. The dust box and roller brush will be blocked and the dust can no longer be sucked in

  • If the machine is stuck in the front collision/related errors occur:

Slap the movable bumper (front collision) with your hand. If the front collision cannot rebound, the front collision needs to be replaced

  • If the machine radar is blocked/related errors occur:

  1. You can use a cleaning brush to gently sweep the position of the machine's probe

  2. Use a hair dryer to turn on the radar probe position with cold air

  3. Put your finger in and turn the machine's radar. Wipe the machine's radar with alcohol, then restart it to see if the problem can be improved

  4. If the above operations do not work, use a sharp object (needle/toothpick) to press and hold the reset 'Reset' button on the side of the machine for more than five seconds, then restart the machine to confirm whether it is restored
