  • Machine battery life reference:

1. Charging does not respond/(battery indicator light is off):

Please check and confirm whether the official original adapter is used, please use the correct adapter

Please check whether the battery is charged separately, the voltage is Whether the indicator light of the pool can be lit

2. Loud noise:

Please clean the dust bucket/HEPA/roller brush and ensure that all parts are installed correctly

If cleaning is ineffective, please confirm whether there is abnormal sound when starting the host + battery alone

3. Insufficient suction/no suction:

Clean the filter assembly and roller brush, and then reinstall

4. The floor brush motor does not work/the roller brush does not rotate:

If the roller brush can rotate and the LED light is off, please clean the roller brush

If the roller brush does not rotate, please remove the metal conductive tube and connect the floor brush suction head directly to the host. If the roller brush still does not rotate and the light is off, it is recommended to replace the floor brush head

5.The machine cannot start normally:

Check whether the machine is charged correctly for 4-6 hours

Check whether the battery is installed correctly
