1. Power On/Off

Press the power trigger once to turn it on, and press it again to turn it off.

Press the power button to turn it off. There will be a 2-second delay when turning off in low gear mode.

2. Gear Settings

Our product has two gears. It defaults to the low gear when turned on, and then switches cyclically between high gear and low gear.

3. Charging Instructions

1). Take the charger and the machine, then plug the charger into the charging port of the machine's battery pack.

2). Enter the charging mode; the screen's battery level display, ambient light/Logo will be lit up.

3). After being fully charged, it will enter the screen-off standby state in 5 minutes, and the screen will turn off.

4). After unplugging the charger from the machine, the machine will enter the power-off state.

4. Working Duration

Charging time: 4-5 hours

Battery life:

Low gear: ≥33 minutes

High gear: ≥18 minutes

The battery icon on the display screen shows.

6. Troubleshooting & Error Codes**

- When the discharged battery triggers over-temperature protection or low-temperature protection, all three battery level indicator lights will flash simultaneously for 10 seconds and then turn off.

- When the motor triggers temperature protection, the lowest battery level indicator light will flash for 6 seconds and then the machine will shut down.

- When the floor brush is blocked and stalls, the floor brush blockage error light will stay on for 5 seconds, while the main unit continues to run. After cleaning the roller brush and restarting the machine, the floor brush blockage light will not illuminate.

- When an air duct blockage is detected, the air duct blockage light will stay on for 5 seconds and then the machine will shut down.

- When the battery is under-voltage during discharge, the lowest battery level indicator light will flash for 3 seconds and then the machine will shut down; recharging is required to activate it.

- When over-voltage, under-voltage, or over-current protection is triggered during charging, the lowest battery level indicator light will flash for 4 seconds and then turn off.

- When the main motor triggers over-current protection, all three battery level indicator lights will flash for 3 seconds and then the machine will shut down. It can be restarted after the fault is resolved.
