  • In what circumstances is the warranty not covered?

    Not covered under warranty:

    1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase;

    2. Lost or stolen of products;

    3. Items that have expired their warranty period;

    4. No quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase);

    5. Free products;

    6. Repairs through 3rd parties;

    7. Damage from outside sources;

    8. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly);

    9. Purchases from unauthorized resellers;

    10. Consumable components like brushes and filters are not covered;

  • What is your shipping policy?

    The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

    Processing time: 1-2 working days

    Shipping time: express shipping, 3-5 days; standard shipping(Mail service): 15-20 business days.

    Note: Vacuum cleaners are almost delivered via express shipping, accessories are delivered via standard shipping.

    All orders enjoy free shipping on our website, except vacuum cleaner orders to Australia, South Africa, Africa, Southeast Asia and Middle East, please contact customer service to estimate shipping fee before ordering.
