In some cases applicants have already met some standards for the license they are applying for and do not need to provide additional evidences and reasoning. In these situations you can pre-approve standards, allowing the applicant to focus on any standards they need to complete.
How to Pre-Approve
When in the Reviewer Portal you can access the pre-approval function when you start reviewing an applicant's eligibility. Simply toggle the sub-standards that this applicant does not need to complete. While the applicant can still add evidence and reasoning they are not required to do so. The sub-standard will be marked complete for them and they can simply ignore adding evidence and reasoning.
Access to the ability to toggle the Pre-Approve function is removed once the applicant submits their portfolio.
