What should I do to secure my account if my phone or a team member’s phone is stolen?

You have full control over the devices linked to your Prospa account. If a phone is lost or stolen, it’s important to act quickly to protect your account.

If a team member's device is stolen:

  • Log into Prospa.

  • Click on your profile image at the top right of your homepage.

  • Click on Settings > Security & Privacy.

  • Tap Manage Registered Devices and remove the lost/stolen device.

  • You can also go to Team Management to remove the team member’s access if needed.

If your own phone is stolen:

  • Contact us immediately via your account manager or email help@getprospa.com

  • Provide your account details and National Identification Number (NIN) for verification.

We’ll help secure your account and prevent any unauthorized activity.
