You have full control over the devices linked to your Prospa account. If a phone is lost or stolen, it’s important to act quickly to protect your account.
If a team member's device is stolen:
Log into Prospa.
Click on your profile image at the top right of your homepage.
Click on Settings > Security & Privacy.
Tap Manage Registered Devices and remove the lost/stolen device.
You can also go to Team Management to remove the team member’s access if needed.
If your own phone is stolen:
Contact us immediately via your account manager or email help@getprospa.com
Provide your account details and National Identification Number (NIN) for verification.
We’ll help secure your account and prevent any unauthorized activity.
