How do I manage all devices logged into my account?

You have full control over the devices linked to your Prospa account. You can view, rename, or delete any registered device, including those used by your team.

To manage registered devices:

  • Log into Prospa.

  • Click on your profile image at the top right of your homepage.

  • Select Settings > Security & Privacy.

  • Select Manage Registered Devices to see all devices and their details.

  • Click on the device to view device type, last login, location and IP address

  • From here, you can also rename or remove device.

If you remove a team member’s device, they’ll need to re-register their device on sign-in to regain access with their PIN.
