Can I delete a sub account that is no longer in use?

You can delete a sub-account that is no longer in use. You can also archive instead of deleting the sub-account

To delete a sub-account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Prospa app

  2. Tap Accounts on your homepage and select the sub-account

  3. Tap More (three dots)

  4. Tap Delete or Archive

  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear—confirm the action and enter your PIN.

Note: You cannot Delete or archive a funded account. You would have to transfer the funds to another sub account or main account for you to complete the action.
