Can I delete an internal account that is no longer in use?

You can delete an internal account that is no longer in use. You can also archive instead of deleting it.

To delete an internal account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Prospa app

  2. Tap Accounts on your homepage and select the particular account

  3. Tap More (three dots)

  4. Tap Delete or Archive

  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear—confirm the action and enter your PIN.

Note: You cannot Delete or archive a funded account. You would have to transfer the funds to another sub account or main account for you to complete the action.
