You can easily add a team member to your Prospa account to support daily business operations.
To add a Team member:
Log in to your Prospa app.
Click on "More" at the bottom right on your homepage to access Virtual Office .
Click on Teams > Add Team Member.
Enter their first name, last name, phone number and email address then click Continue.
Assign the necessary permissions, such as viewing accounts, initiating transactions, or creating virtual cards.
Tap Confirm to proceed.
Enter your PIN to complete the process.
Once added, the team member will receive an email invitation to join Prospa. They can set up their password and PIN to access their dashboard securely.
