You can update your Prospa account credentials at any time
To reset your password after sign in:
Log into Prospa.
Click on your profile image at the top right of your homepage.
Select Settings > Security & Privacy.
Select Change Password and follow the instructions.
To Reset a forgotten password:
Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page
Enter your registered email address
Click on "Send OTP"
Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your email and tap "Verify" and follow the instructions
