SUMMARY

Post Engagement Search allows you to collect a list of people who have reacted or commented on a LinkedIn post and import them to your searches to use for campaigns.

To do a Post Engagement Search from your own post:

  1. Go to LinkedIn

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner

  3. Click on Posts & Activity

  4. Click on Posts

  5. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your post

  6. Click on Copy link to post.

  7. Go back to Prospect Labs

  8. Go to the Search from your Dashboard

  9. Create a New search

  10. Fill in a name for your search

  11. Select search type - Post engagement

  12. Paste the URL

  13. Copy the ID of your post

  14. Paste the ID

  15. Click Search

Keep in mind that up to 1000 people will be imported into your search at once.

Post engagement search allows you to scrape your post, your company's post or any other post on LinkedIn.

To do a Post Engagement Search from your own post:

  • Go to LinkedIn, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner. From there, click on Posts & Activity:

It will lead you to a page with all your activity.

  • Click on Posts. Then go to the post you want to use. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the post. Then click on Copy link to post:

  • When you copy the link, go to Prospect Labs Search and click "Add New Search":

  • Name the new search, ensure to click on search type - Post Engagement Search, paste URL from the post you have copied.

  • The last steps are to copy the post ID from the URL (the last series of numbers in the URL) and paste it in the last field. Click "Search":

Note: up to 1000 people will be imported in your account at once.
