SUMMARY

Campaign filters and Action tools let you filter through campaign's data to view specific results, and take a chosen action.

It can be accessed by going to Campaigns from the main navigation menu and choosing the campaign in question

👉 To open filters selection:

Click on Filter. Here you will find the following filters:

  • Filter on conversation status

  • Filter on status

  • Filter on chat status

  • Filter on tags

  • Filter on search

  • Filter on campaign status

  • Filter on batches

👉 To open Action tool selection:

Click on Actions. Here you will find the following action tools:

  • Filtered actions

  • Remove tags from filtered contacts

  • Remove tags from selected contacts

  • Delete contacts action

  • Add by profile link

  • Apply tag & tag management tool

  • Import CSV

  • Export

  • Assignment filter

  • Unread chat

Additional tool:

  • Transfer selected


IN DETAIL

Campaign filters help you stay organised and manage your campaign data. To filter data in your campaign, firstly go to your Campaigns from the main navigation menu and select the desired campaign:

👉 To open filters selection:

Click on Filter. Here you will find the following filters:

  • Filter on conversation status:

    1. Email required to connect - Prospect Labs couldn't reach this person because you need to fill in their email address when you send them a connection request

    2. Email is an incorrect LinkedIn handle - wrong email provided (for CSV connector campaign)

    3. No Interaction - you haven't contacted this person through Prospect Labs yet

    4. Awaiting Reply - you contacted this person through Prospect Labs yet

    5. Replied - this person replied to you

  • Filter on status - the kind of connection/relationship you have with a person:

  1. Contact - 1st degree connection

  2. Searched - not yet contacted, lead imported via LinkedIn searches

  3. New contact - newly accepted connection

  4. Connect Requested - you have sent a connection request to that person

  5. Disconnected - you or they disconnected with each other or connection request has been withdrawn

  6. Imported - you imported them with a CSV file

  7. Revoked - your connection request was rejected by them

  • Filter on chat status - all or selected conversations to view

  1. Read and unread chats

  2. Read chats

  3. Unread chats only

  • Filter on tags - finding prospects with your own customer tags:

  • Filter on search - see only the people in the campaign who were imported through a specific search:

  • Filter on campaign status - what is the activity status of this campaign for chosen leads:

  1. Running - currently active for this person

  2. Paused - the campaign is paused for this person because he already replied, was paused manually or he was already a contact - for connector campaigns

  3. Continued - the campaign was paused and then recently resumed for this person

  • Filter on batches - filtering leads depending on when they were added:

👉 To open Action tools selection:

Click on Actions. Here you will find the following Action tools:

  • Remove tags from filtered contacts - removes selected tags from all filtered leads:

    Note: you need to apply desired filters for leads first, otherwise the tool will remove all specified tags for the whole campaign lead list.

  • Remove tags for selected contacts - removes chosen tags only from selected leads:

    Note: you need to select the chosen leads first, otherwise the tool will remove all specified tags for the whole campaign lead list.

  • Delete contacts actions - choose whether to remove all contacts, only selected or only filtered contacts from this campaign:

  • Import CSV - import CSV file data directly to the campaign (best used for CSV import campaigns):

  • Export- exports CSV file or pushes data through a webhook:

  • Assignment filter - helps to find leads with Open Profiles (used for Open InMail campaigns mostly):

  • Unread chat - allows to mark the conversation as "unread" for a chosen lead:

    Note: you must select at least one lead to activate this action button. Chats marked as "unread" only in Prospect Labs inbox and not in LinkedIn's.

  • Transfer selected - allows you to transfer selected leads to another campaign:

    This action button is visible only when you select at least one lead.
