You can pause and resume the campaign for a group of selected contacts while keeping the rest of the campaign active.
To pause/resume the campaign for multiple selected contacts
Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu
Select the campaign
In People tab apply applicable filters if needed (e.g. Campaign Status filter-"paused")
Select all filtered people by ticking a box next to Picture (or select specific people only by ticking the box next to their picture)
Open action filters by clicking on Actions button
Click Filtered Actions and select whether to Group Continue or Group Pause
This campaign for the selected list of people will be paused/resumed while keeping the whole campaign active for the rest of the contacts.
If you need to pause/resume a campaign for multiple selected contacts, first, go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu and select the campaign:
In the campaign's People section, apply applicable filters (e.g. Campaign status "paused") and either select specific people by ticking the box next to their picture or select all filtered on the page by ticking the box above the contact list (next to Picture):
Once you have selected contacts, open action filters by clicking on Actions button. Click on Filtered Actions and select whether to Group Continue or Group Pause the campaign on chosen contacts:
This action allows you to e.g. bulk resume the campaign on only selected contacts but keeps it paused for the rest of the contact list and vice versa.
