SUMMARY

You can create and share campaign templates with your colleagues under the same company in Prospect Labs.

👉 To create a campaign template:

  1. Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu

  2. Select Campaign templates tab

  3. Click Add campaign template

  4. Select campaign type for the template, click Create template

  5. Give template a name (this can be later changed)

  6. Click Create campaign

  7. Add messages sequence and click Apply

👉 To use an already created template for your own campaigns, you have two options:

1. Copy from campaign templates:

  • Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu

  • Select Campaign templates tab

  • Select the template you would like to copy to your campaigns and click "Create campaign instance from template" icon

  • Continue with further campaign creations steps such as adding leads, and amending settings.

2. Select template when creating a campaign:

  • Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu

  • In My campaigns tab, start a new campaign by clicking "Add campaign"

  • Select campaign type, click "Create campaign"

  • Name the campaign, click "Next"

  • To preview templates, click "View template" (this will open a separate pop up tab)

  • If you are happy with the message sequence, click "Use template"

  • Continue with further campaign creations steps such as adding leads, and amending settings.

Note: In both scenarios, remember to go through the message sequence to ensure it suits your personal tone and change the name of the campaign in campaign Settings.

Campaign templates allow your team under the same company in Prospect Labs to create and share the message sequence between colleagues to set a tone for campaigns or share successful approaches.
