SUMMARY

Campaigns can be set to start on the desired date and time.

To set a specific starting date for your campaign:

  1. Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu

  2. Click on the name of the campaign

  3. Select Settings tab within the campaign and switch off Start immediately button by sliding the toggle bar to the left (if its white-its off, blue-it's on)

  4. Now you will be able to adjust the date and time to start your campaign by clicking on the time field and selecting date & time in the calendar. Click Set.

  5. When the time and date is chosen, remember to activate your campaign by sliding Status bar (white-off, blue-on)


IN DETAIL

By default, campaigns are pre-set to start immediately after activation (within ~45 minutes) or can be set to start on the desired date and time.

To set a specific starting date for your campaign:

  1. Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu

  2. Click on the name of the campaign

  3. Select Settings tab within the campaign and switch off Start immediately button by sliding the toggle bar to the left (if it's dark it's ON, light-it's OFF):

  4. Now you will be able to adjust the date and time to start your campaign by clicking on the time field and selecting date & time in the calendar. Click Set:

  5. When the time and date is chosen, remember to activate your campaign by sliding Status bar (if it's dark it's ON, light-it's OFF):

No messages will be sent prior to the new custom date. Messages will be sent according to the account's active hours which you have set in the Profile settings.
