SUMMARY

You can create a few campaigns to test the success of messaging approach and split one search's results between those campaigns.

To split one search results per few campaigns:

  1. Create your campaigns that you would like to test out.

  2. Go to Search from the main navigation menu and create a search.

  3. Click on the eye icon in the chosen search to view contacts and open filter selection by clicking on Filter

  4. Amongst filters, click on Assign all results icon

  5. In the pop-up screen, select the campaigns to which you would like to split this target audience.

  6. Click Add Filtered Contacts to Campaign.

Your prospects from one search have been assigned to chosen campaigns. Now you can test which campaign works best on the same target audience and brings the best results.

Splitting one target audience per several campaigns can sometimes help determine which messaging approach works best.

1. The first step is to create 2 or 3 campaigns with a different messaging approach:

2. Once you have your test campaigns ready, go to Search from the main navigation menu and create a new search or use a pre-saved search:

3. Click on the eye icon (a.) in the chosen search to view contacts and open filter selection by clicking on Actions (b.):

4. Amongst actions, click on Assign all results icon:

5. In the pop-up screen, select the campaigns to which you would like to split and assign contacts to:

6. Click Add Filtered Contacts to Campaign:

Your contacts from one search have been assigned to chosen campaigns. Now you can go to each campaign, amend the sending daily limits and activate it in campaign Settings.

Now you will be able to track which campaign sequence is performing better and which approach you could take further.
