SUMMARY

When a prospect replies to your campaign, all the following messages in the campaign are automatically paused for this person.

In case someone replies with only a "Thanks" or thumbs up, or any other generic message, you can resume the campaign for that person, so they would continue to receive the following messages from the campaign until the next reply.

You can also pause a campaign for a selected person at any point.

To pause or resume the campaign you can either through Inbox or Campaigns.

👉 Pause/Resume campaign through Inbox

Go to Inbox from the main navigation menu and click on Filter icon to select and apply filters if needed (e.g. filter on status-"replied"):

Click on the person's picture you would like to pause/resume the campaign on. The conversation with this contact is shown in the inbox conversation window in the middle of the screen:

Here, on the right, you will see a few action tools:

a. Preview automated sequence messages (appear only if the contact belongs to a campaign)

To Pause or Resume campaign with these action buttons:

b. Instant Pause or Resume button - you can use it to resume or pause the campaign for one selected person

c. Contact information - gives you insight on personal information about the contact, your personal notes regarding this contact, campaign information if the person belongs to any campaign and you can pause or resume it for this contact, and transfer option where you can transfer the contact to another campaign if applicable.

Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu and click on Filter icon to select and apply filters if needed (e.g. filter on campaign status-"paused"):

Select the person you would like to pause/resume the campaign for by clicking on their profile picture. Conversation with them will be shown in the conversation box in the centre:
