SUMMARY

Event Inviter campaign automates invitations to your event for your 1st-degree network.

To set up the Event Inviter campaign:

1. Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu from your dashboard

2. Click "Add Campaign"

3. Scroll to find Event invite campaign and click "Create campaign"

4. Name your campaign and in the drop-down menu, select the event you are hosting to which you would like to send invitations. Click "Next"

Note: to ensure you know which event this campaign is relating to, we recommend naming it after the Event on LinkedIn.

5. Click "Create without template"

6. Go to People tab and import your 1st-degree search or CSV file with your 1st-degree network.

7. In Settings tab, set how many invitations you would like to send daily and activate the campaign by sliding the Status toggle bar to the right

Note: This campaign can be used only if you are the host of the LinkedIn event and can be sent to your 1st-degree network only.

Note: This campaign can be used only if you are the host of the LinkedIn event and can be sent to your 1st-degree network only.

You can scrape your 1st-degree network by going to LinkedIn and performing a Basic or Sales navigator search and selecting a Relationship filter for 1st-degree network. Import this search to Prospect Labs and you will be able to assign these results for your Event Inviter campaign.

To set up the Event Inviter campaign:

  • Go to Campaigns from the main navigation menu from your dashboard:

  • Click "Add Campaign":

  • Scroll to find Event invite campaign and click "Create campaign":

  • Name your campaign and in the drop-down menu, select the event you are hosting to which you would like to send invitations. Click "Next":

  • Click "Create without template":

  • Go to People tab and import your 1st-degree search or CSV file with your 1st-degree network:

Remember to set your overall event invite limits to send from your account daily in your Profile settings, Linkedin account Limit.
