The purpose of this document is for the Próspera ZEDE government to be aware of which businesses are engaged in extraordinarily hazardous activities or conditions, so that appropriate regulatory resources can be focused on those activities or conditions. It is optional but if you don’t make a complete disclosure of your intended hazardous activities inside of the ZEDE, you are risking severe civil penalties if you later are found to engage in hazardous activities or operations, including enhanced liability for damages, cease and desist orders, and ejection from Prospera ZEDE.
