The countries recognized as Best Practice Countries under the Prospera Industrial Regulation Statute as of August 1, 2023 are either:
Any of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Dubai, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States of America; or
Any other country that is declared pursuant to a petition brought under "Petition for Recognition of Optimal Regulatory Practices" (also known as an "Optimal Regulation Petition") to have regulatory policies that are substantively equivalent to any of the foregoing countries.
