Deezer allows artists to claim their artist profiles via Deezer Backstage.
To claim your profile, you'll need a UPC code for one of your releases distributed by Proton. If you're not a label manager yourself, you'll need to ask your label manager for a UPC code.
Label Managers can find UPC codes in the "Details & Settings" area of their release, available after the release has been scheduled for release.
After you've obtained one of your Proton UPC codes, then you can claim your artist profile on Deezer Backstage:
Request access to Deezer Backstage.
Select your “Role” (eg. artist, manager or label).
When it asks who your distributor is, write Proton LLC
When it asks for the distributor's email address, write support@protonradio.com
Fill out the other fields!
Please note, it can take Deezer several weeks to process your request. Once you've been granted access, you'll be able to update your artist profile & photo + more.
Once you have the above info ready, send it over to support@protonradio.com and we'll help you get your Deezer artist profile updated.
IMPORTANT: This only works if you have music distributed by Proton. Not sure who your distributor is? Ask your label manager, or the company who helped upload your music to Deezer.
