Anghami recently launched a platform for artists to view in-depth data, update their artist profiles, and pitch music directly to Anghami's curators for consideration in official playlists.

NOTE: Anghami currently does not offer a label friendly solution for pitching music. If you are a label manager, please check out section (2) for more information.

Here's how to get access as (1) Artist or (2) Label (below) to Anghami For Creators!

(1) For Artists: How to Claim Your Artist Page

  1. Star here and click on ’Claim Your Profile’.

  2. Select the right artist profile.

    1. Search for your artist name, and select the correct artist page.

    2. If you CAN'T find the correct artist page by searching in the search field, look up your artist page on the Anghami website, and copy your artist page URL – It should look like this: ’https://play.anghami.com/artist/4414612
Insert the link in the search field, and the right artist page should pop up!

  3. Select ’Artist’ and choose between ’Arabic’ or ’International’ & confirm your artist name below. Then press ’Next’.

  4. Enter your email address & other data, and follow the instructions to request access.

  5. Once it has been approved (within 2-3 business days), you can head over to the guide for pitching on Anghami For Creators.

(2) For Labels: How to Claim an Artist Page

Important: Artist Pages can currently only be claimed once, so make sure to speak with your artist before claiming their Anghami Artist page. Ideally the artist should claim the page, and do the pitches himself / herself.

If the artist agrees that you can claim the page, you can follow the steps under (1) For Artists: How to Claim You Artist Page, but select ’Label’ in Step 3.

Important: Use an Official Email Address

When you apply, make sure to use an official email address for your music label that includes your music label in the domain name. For example, if your label is called "Proton Radio", apply for label access with an email address that looks like "jason@protonradio.com" and NOT "protonradio@gmail.com". If your music label is not in your email address domain name, then this might delay your approval. Don't apply from a personal GMail address, etc.

Haven't Gotten Your Approval Yet?

It may take 2-3 weeks for Anghami to approve your request, so please be patient! If it's been a few weeks and you've still not received an invite, then you can try following up directly with Anghami at this email address: artistsupport@anghami.com

If you're still unable to get your invite after following the above guide, contact support@protonradio.com and we'll try to help!
