Add New Profile(s) to Your Portfolio

Learn how to create your first Profile(s) in Nexus

Your Portfolio is a consolidated view of the Profiles managed on your account. Essentials account users can create up to 3 profiles. Specialist account users can create up to 50 profiles.

To free up your Profile limit, you may delete Profiles as needed. Please see steps below on editing and deleting Profiles.

To create a new Profile:

  1. Click "+ Add Organisation profile"

  2. Complete the Organisation details:

    1. Organisation Name

    2. Domain (e.g. https://protoslabs.io)

      1. To include sub-domains (e.g. https://nexus.protoslabs.io/), select "Scan for sub-domains too"

    3. Country

    4. Industry

    5. Number of employees

    6. Estimated annual revenue (SGD)

    7. Estimated number of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) records held by your organisation

    8. Estimated number of Protected Health Information (PHI) records held by your organisation

    9. Estimated number of Payment Card Information (PCI) records held by your organisation

    10. Limit of insurance liability (SGD)
      ​

  3. Click "Save"

  4. Wait for Profile(s) data to populate in your Portfolio
