This function is only available for Insurance-type users with Nexus Specialist tier, if you want to know more about the Pricing of Nexus tiers, you can visit this page.

What does it do?

Inviting Clients to Nexus means that as an Insurance-type user, you will be able to see the information of external risk posture that are directly managed by the clients themselves. This means that you would be able to get a more accurate information that is linked to the client's own instance.

However, this also means that you will no longer have full control or access to this information at will, including generating the full report on behalf of the clients. Instead, your clients will be able to view and manage their own risk posture whilst the high-level information is still available to you.

How to do it?

In the Cyber Insurance Portfolio page, there will be [Invite to Nexus] icon in each of the organizations profile created.

When you click on the Invite to Nexus icon, you will see a pop-up form where you can fill in the information of the client user you would like to invite to Nexus, consisting of their Name, Job Title, and Work Email.

When the invitation is sent, the icon will change to an Invited status and you will be able to see it in the organization profile.

At the same time, the client user will receive an email invitation to the email address added in the form, containing the information of their credentials, the organization that invited them (that you be you), and what information will be shared.

Once the user has signed in, you will no longer be able to edit or view the details of the external risk posture of the user. In the portfolio page, the profile will be displayed like this:

The information will automatically be updated when the client user is changing the data for their external posture. This way, your view of the clients will always be up to date and consistent with the clients' instance.

On the client user side, they will have access to the detailed information of their risk posture, with a notification that some of the information is shared to the Insurance company.
