This article explains how discount codes and account credits work at Proxiware.
Discount Codes
Proxiware occasionally offers promotional discount codes to new and returning customers. Codes are distributed through our website, email campaigns, and support team. To apply a discount code, enter it at checkout before completing your purchase.
A few things to know about discount codes:
Codes are case-sensitive — enter them exactly as provided.
Most codes can only be used once per account.
Codes have expiry dates — check the promotion details for validity.
Discount codes typically apply to proxy plans only, not additional data top-ups.
Codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
If a code is not working, contact support and we will check its status for you.
Account Balance and Credits
Your account balance is used to purchase and renew all Proxiware plans. You can view your current balance in the dashboard. Funds can be added at any time via Stripe (card) or Cryptomus (cryptocurrency) with no minimum deposit.
Promotional credits may occasionally be added to your account as part of special campaigns or as compensation for service issues. Credits do not expire unless they are part of a time-limited promotion.
Credits cannot be refunded, converted to cash, or transferred to another account.
Requesting a Loyalty Discount
Returning customers can reach out to support via live chat to ask about available loyalty discounts. Our team will review your account history and apply a discount code if applicable.
Troubleshooting
Credits not appearing after a purchase — credits typically appear immediately but may take up to 24 hours. If they have not appeared after 24 hours, contact support with your invoice ID.
Discount code not applying — check that the code has not expired, has not already been used on your account, and is being entered exactly as provided including capitalization.
