This article covers how to get set up with Proxiware, where to find resources, and how to manage your account.
Getting Set Up
Once you have created your account and added funds to your balance, you can purchase any proxy plan directly from the dashboard. Each proxy type has its own dedicated section — Premium Residential, Eco Residential, Unlimited Residential, Static ISP, Mobile, and Datacenter are all managed separately.
There is no free trial by default. In some cases we may offer a trial for certain products to new users — contact support to ask.
Authentication
All per-GB proxy products support two authentication methods:
Username and password — included in your proxy string. Credentials are shown in your product dashboard.
IP whitelisting — add your machine's IP address in the dashboard and connect without a username or password.
Static ISP proxies connect directly to the assigned IP and support both methods as well.
Sub-Users
You can create up to 10 sub-users under your main account by default. Each sub-user gets unique credentials, which is useful for assigning separate IPs or sessions to different tasks or team members. If you need more than 10 sub-users, contact support to request an increase.
To create a sub-user, navigate to the Users section of your dashboard and select New User. The system will generate credentials automatically.

Common Account Issues
Data or proxies not showing after purchase — check the correct product section in your dashboard. Each proxy type has its own area. If nothing appears after a few minutes, contact support with your payment confirmation.
Authentication errors — double-check your username, password, and endpoint. Credentials are case-sensitive. If using IP whitelisting, confirm the IP you are connecting from matches what is saved in the dashboard.
Plan expired — top up your balance and renew from the dashboard. Unused data from metered plans rolls over on renewal.
