This article covers everything related to your Proxiware subscription — how plans work, how renewals are handled, what to do if something goes wrong with a purchase, and our refund policy.
How Plans Work
Proxiware offers pay-per-GB plans for Residential, Eco Residential, Mobile, and Datacenter proxies, as well as time-based Unlimited Residential plans and per-IP Static ISP plans. All plan types are managed from your dashboard under the relevant product section.
For metered (pay-per-GB) plans, your data allowance is available immediately after purchase. Unused data rolls over to your next billing cycle automatically as long as your subscription stays active — it never expires while your plan is active.
Renewals and Auto-Renewal
When your plan renews, the cost is deducted automatically from your account balance. You will receive an email notification before the renewal processes so you are never caught off guard.
To ensure smooth renewals, keep your account balance topped up. You can add funds at any time directly from the dashboard using Stripe (card) or Cryptomus (cryptocurrency).
If your balance is insufficient at renewal time, your plan may lapse. Reactivating is as simple as topping up your balance and renewing from the dashboard.
How to Toggle Auto-Renewal
Each plan has its own auto-renewal toggle, which you can turn on or off at any time from your dashboard:
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the product section for the plan you want to manage.
Locate your active plan.
Find the Auto Renew toggle next to the plan.
Click the toggle to turn auto-renewal on or off. Changes take effect immediately.
When auto-renewal is off, your plan will simply expire at the end of the current billing cycle and will not charge your balance. You can re-enable it at any time before expiry.
Resolving Purchase and Delivery Issues
If you purchased a plan but your data or proxies have not appeared in your dashboard, try the following steps first:
Refresh your dashboard and check the correct product section — each proxy type has its own dedicated area.
Wait a few minutes, as activations occasionally take a short time to propagate.
Check your email for a payment confirmation. If you received one but still see no access, contact support.
For cryptocurrency payments in particular, your transaction must reach the required number of blockchain confirmations before your plan activates. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to longer depending on network conditions.
If you believe you were charged but did not receive your plan, contact our support team at support@proxiware.com with your transaction details and we will resolve it promptly.
Refund Policy
Proxiware does not offer refunds as a standard policy. If you have a specific situation you believe warrants an exception, please reach out to our support team and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
To avoid issues, we recommend testing with a smaller plan before committing to a larger one, and contacting support before purchasing if you have any questions about compatibility or use case fit.
