Proxiware offers various subscription services, with payments processed in two ways:
β Directly through Proxiware (managed in your Proxiware account)
β Through Paddle and Stripe (a third-party payment processors)
This guide explains how to manage, cancel, and request refunds for both types of subscriptions.
Understanding Subscription Types
π Proxiware subscriptions are managed in two ways:

1. Direct Proxiware Subscriptions
β Managed inside your Proxiware account dashboard.
β Visible in the Subscriptions section.

2. Paddle-Processed Subscriptions
β Not visible in your Proxiware dashboard.
β Managed via Paddleβs system or email confirmation from Paddle.
β Requires separate cancellation steps.
π’ Important: If you donβt see an active subscription in your Proxiware dashboard but are still being charged, itβs likely a Paddle subscription.
How to Cancel a Subscription

π Option 1: Through Paddle Directly (Recommended)

Step 1: Locate your original Paddle email receipt.

Step 2: Click the cancellation link in the email.

Step 3: Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Step 4: You can also visit Paddleβs customer portal (link in your receipt email) and manage your subscription there.
π Option 2: Contact Proxiware Support
β If you cannot locate your Paddle receipt, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Proxiware Support.

Step 2: Provide your account details and purchase information.

Step 3: Our team will request the cancellation on your behalf.
2οΈβ£ Canceling a Direct Proxiware Subscription

Step 1: Log in to your Proxiware account.

Step 2: Navigate to "Subscriptions".

Step 3: Find the subscription you wish to cancel.

Step 4: Disable "Auto-Renewal".
The plan will expire on the date displayed in your subscription details and you will not be charged from your existing Proxiware account credit balance for renewal.

Troubleshooting Subscription and Refund Issues
π If you are being charged but donβt see an active subscription:
β Check for email receipts from Paddle (may contain your subscription details).
β Review your payment statement for charges from "Paddle.com".
β If unsure, contact Proxiware Support for clarification.
π Tips for a smooth refund process:
β Submit refund requests ASAP after identifying an issue.
β Provide your invoice ID, which can be found in the invoices section of the dashboard.
β Explain the issue in detail (exact error message, software and/or website where it occurs, frequency it occurs, etc.) This will allow us to determine if it is an issue that exists with the proxies on our end or something else.
