You can invest in Dubai’s best rental properties with PRYPCO Blocks from as low as AED 500.
What is the maximum amount I can invest in PRYPCO Blocks?
For each property, the maximum investment is 33% of the total funding amount for both Retail and Professional Investors.
For Retail Investors, the annual investment limit is AED 367,000 (USD 100,000).
If you wish to invest more than AED 367,000 ($100,000) or use your credit card to fund your wallet, you need to be classified as a "Professional investor".
There is no fixed AED cap per property for Professional Investors, providing greater flexibility within the 33% per-property limit.
