Select the New 1:1 Session option in the button selection on the right side of the screen.
This will bring you to a one off 1:1 session set up page.
For 1:1 sessions you will select the member you want to set the session up for.
You can scroll through the list of your members, or you can filter by name.
Next, set the date for the session and time of the session.
Choose the length of the session. You can choose 30 minute, 40 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute session, or you can set a custom time frame for the session.
If you have more than one trainer here you will be able to assign them to the session. Use the drop down box and select the trainer you want assigned.
If you run multiply training locations you can assign the location to the session to allow the right members to be able to access the session to book in.
Next, you can add a session description for your member(s) to read, and notes for the session itself. Notes are not visible to the members.
Allow preview - When using the programming feature this option will if enabled allow your members to see the program once it is added. Disabling the option will display to your members as though there is no program attached to the session.

Recurring 1:1 Personal Training Templates
One off sessions are sessions that you will set up in your calendar. They're set up for that one session and that one session only.
You also have the option for recurring session templates. Perfect for members that you train the same time and day each week.
First you will select the client from your client list for the session.
Note: You client does not need to be connected for you to set up a 1:1 session for them, they will need to be connected via the member app to receive confirmation, reminder and cancelation push notifications. You can enable email reminders - https://ptmate.app/admin/settings
Once you have selected your client you will select how frequent the session will repeat.
Weekly
Fortnightly (bi-weekly)
Set the day and time you want the session to run on a recurring basis.
Next, set when you want the template to start. You can set up 12 weeks ahead of your schedule.
Trainer to run the session - Select the trainer that will be running the session, if left unassigned by default you will be the trainer assigned to the session.
Do you have different training locations?
Assign the location for the session.

Session name / Session description - You have the option to add a session name and session description for your members to read.
Allow preview - When using the programming feature this option will if enabled allow your members to see the program once it has been attached to the session.

Set end date - You can set up your session to end after a set date. This is great for term by term training or different fitness challenges!
Marking Attendance
Here you can see your calendar page. See the session highlighted, this is how you will see your member(s) 1:1 sessions before the session starts.
Once the session time has past this is how you will see the session
Note: This is how you will see the session if there is no program assigned.
Tap on the session to open it.
Here you will see the session details, you can see in the orange banner 'Mark Session As Attended And Done', or you have the options at the bottom of the screen to mark Attended and Not Attended.
One you mark the attendance it will reflect in your member's billing tab in their used session credits.
Once you have marked the session as attended you will see a small banner at the top of the session that displays 'ATTENDED'. You will be able to use this information when you run calendar and member reports.
