Refund Policy
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are pre-paid for the full 12 months. According to our Terms & Conditions:
“If we or you terminate these Terms for any reason:
Pre-paid fees will not be reimbursed; and
Any annual subscription fees will remain payable until the end of the term of that subscription.”
This means no refunds or partial credits are available for the unused portion of an annual subscription. Your account and all features will remain fully active until the end of your paid year.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which billing will stop. How to Cancel
